Reporting Details and Packing List


Hi Freshies!

It’s less than a week before ME Camp 2012! So here are more details of the camp for you!

We will be meeting at:
Date: 30th June 2012, Saturday
Time: 8.30am
Venue: Yusof Ishak House (YIH), NUS
Please be punctual!

Below you will also find a recommended packing list to help you in your packing of necessary items for the camp.

Freshmen Packing List
1) Toiletries (shampoo, body foam, towel, tooth brush, toothpaste)
2) Under garments (enough for 4 days)
3) Phone charger
4) 2 X shirt of your house colour
5) 1 X dark coloured clothing
6) 2 X sets of clothing
7) Smart casual (for final night)
8) Small bag (to place belongings)
9) Personal water bottle
10) Sun screen
11) Shades
12) Hat
13) Torch light
14) Running shoes (compulsory)
15) Sleeping bag (compulsory)

Councillor Dry Run!

Our Councillor Dry Run was successfully completed on 10th June! :) It was great fun and both our committee and the councillors are really LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING YOU AT THE ACTUAL CAMP! :))

Councillor Dry Run coming right up!

WHEEE we are going to have our Councillor Dry Run this weekend! Time for more fun and for the councillors to get to know our AWESOME games and activities before we present them to you! :))) Stay tuned for more updates after the Dry Run! :) Don't you just wanna be here with us now! ;)

Registration Updates!

If you haven’t signed up for ME Camp 2012, you may still do so here! Please be quick as places are getting filled! After which, please proceed to confirm your place for the camp by making payment :) The camp fees are $45. The payment method is as follows: 

ATM Transfer/iBanking (DBS SAVING PLUS 020-8-083936)
After transferring the camp fees, please email the following details to mecamp.marketing@nussme.org:

*Note: For ATM Transfers please also keep the receipt for verification purposes.

 IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE 

  • Please note that only Freshies who make payment BEFORE 8th June 2012 will receive 1 customised camp shirt (your name will be printed on shirt). Also, if you would like 2 camp shirts instead of 1, please top up an extra $5 on top of the camp fees payable. 
  • This year, the camp will be held from 30th June to 2nd July 2012. Reporting time will be at 8am at NUS Yusof Ishak House (Opposite University Health Centre (UHC)). More details will be sent to you once you have completed your payment :)
